The Twiggy Jacket is made from surplus velvet cotton and has a relaxed silhouette with a small shirt collar and long sleeves. The front placket is closed with buttons and two pockets are located at the bottom of the front. The jacket is beautifully decorated with sewn-on tulip flowers made from a mix of surplus yarn-dyed checks and solid cotton fabric, and embellished with zigzag ribbon in a contrasting color.
