What is Anyday?
- Anyday is a payment solution that offers you as a customer the opportunity to buy your goods today and split your payment over several months. Part payment with Anyday does not cost you as a customer anything, so you do not have to pay interest or fees.
How Anyday works

The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped. When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment will be deducted when the item is shipped. You will then pay your monthly payment on the last business day of the coming month, and three months in advance. No fees or interest will be charged on your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will automatically terminate.
At Prinsesse2ben.dk we also accept payment with Viabill.
What is Viabill?
- Viabill is a payment method where you as a customer can quickly and easily 'buy now and pay later'. When you as a customer use Viabill, they finance purchases for up to DKK 2,000. After which, if the amount is exceeded, the amount is financed in collaboration with SparXpress. If you regret your purchase, the agreement on payment with Viabill ends.
How does Viabill work?
- When you use Viabill as a payment method, you will have your goods shipped after purchase and will only be charged your first payment at the end of the following month (the 20th of each month). If this is not paid on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged.
Shipping at Prinsesse2ben
We ship your items with free shipping when your purchase is more than 499,- and delivery will be within 1-3 days.
If you would like to pick up your order in our store, this can be done free of charge. Simply present your order number and we will find your package.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to lager@prinsesse2ben.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Any errors on the website
We reserve the right to make any errors or omissions in connection with purchases on our webshop. It may happen that there is a stock error and we therefore do not have the item in stock, that the item is listed at the wrong price or has the wrong name or picture. In this case, we may be forced to cancel your order.
Return
If you wish to return your purchased goods at Prinsesse2ben.dk, you can choose to use the enclosed return labels. Remember to place the enclosed label so that it covers any old labels.
If you use the enclosed return label, shipping costs of DKK 49 will be deducted from your refund.

We would like to point out that we do not recommend sending packages back with DAO, as they place the packages outside our store and we therefore have no way of having the package safely delivered to the store. If you nevertheless choose to send the package with DAO, the sender is liable for the costs of any theft of the package.
For packages not collected, we reserve the right to deduct a handling fee of DKK 49 from the full amount.
The condition of the item when you return it
If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund payments received from you. If you have used the enclosed return label, this will be deducted from your refund. If you choose another delivery method, we will not refund additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address. DAO is not intended for business and they deliver the package in front of the door at night, which can result in theft of sent packages. Prinsesse2ben recommends that the item is returned via GLS or PostNord. This way, it is possible to track the package in their systems, and this removes any doubt as to whether the package has been delivered to Prinsesse2ben. Furthermore, you have the option of being able to request the package if delivery has not taken place.
You can also cancel your purchase by notifying us and returning it in person to the store.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or void an order that has already been placed, you should generally do so by sending an email, writing "Cancellation" in the subject line, or by calling and contacting the webshop's customer service. The email should also include the order time and order number.
You can also forward us your order confirmation with the text "Cancellation" inserted in the subject field.
Cancellations should be made before 2:00 PM on the same day the order is placed. Or if the order is placed after 2:00 PM, please cancel it before 10:00 AM the following day.
Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Special provisions for traders
The same terms and conditions of sale apply as for consumers, however with the following modification:
There is no right of withdrawal for traders. There is a 1-year right of complaint from the original invoice date. Exchange or repair does not result in a new 1-year complaint period. Prinsesse2ben reserves the right of ownership to goods purchased on credit until the full purchase price has been paid. All costs in connection with the enforcement of the retention of title are borne by the buyer. Interest will accrue from the due date at 1% per month.

Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information registered at Prinsesse2ben by Tina Vinther is stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
